Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, providing training and guidance, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position available immediately for our Adult Behavioral Health Site in Bellevue, WA. The successful candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, experience in mental health, and a strong understanding of clinical supervision principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on clinical best practices and Sea Mar's policies and procedures
  • Assist the Program Manager with hiring, staff evaluations, and contract compliance
  • Carry a small caseload of clients to provide direct care and support
  • Address complaints and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner
