Patient Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Support Specialist to join our team at Syneos Health Careers. As a Patient Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities- Answer Non-Clinical Related Questions: Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information on products, services, and programs.
- Triage Adverse Events and Product Complaints: Utilize an FAQ document to identify and resolve issues, and enter data into the CRM system.
- Preform Pre and Post Call Analysis: Evaluate calls to ensure quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide Professional Support: Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, following client guidelines and business rules.
- Respond to Stakeholder Inquiries: Provide education or information to stakeholders, and follow up on missing or updated information.
- 1+ Year Recent Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry Experience: Medical Assistant, Nurse's Aide, EMT, health insurance company, etc.
- Solid Written and Verbal Communication Skills: Excellent listening skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacies.
- Efficient Computer and Data Entry Skills: Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly.
- Excellent Attention to Detail: Prioritize and reprioritize workload depending on program needs.
- Bachelor's Degree: Strongly preferred.
- 1+ Year in Healthcare Call Center: Experience in a call center environment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
