Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
  • A strong focus on customer service
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic math abilities
  • Proficient in de-escalation techniques and capable of building rapport with patients
