National Marketing Manager, Leads Product

Job Summary:

The National Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand and product awareness, develop targeting strategies, and grow our dealer network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement national marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to build a network of subscribing dealers, including digital, print, social media, and through our field sales force.
  • Enhance and maintain the company's brand image and reputation through consistent messaging and innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Identify product improvement opportunities and develop recommendations for implementation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, financial institutions, and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role within the auto finance industry.
  • Established relationships with regional and national dealer groups.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns to franchise auto dealers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
