Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Insurance Agent to join our team at The Taylor Agency. As a licensed Insurance Agent, you will work from home and sell simplified issue life insurance to homeowners who are concerned about making their mortgage payments if something happens to them.

Our company offers a supportive and innovative culture, with top-tier training and a 100% commission-based income with bonuses. You will work with clients who have requested information, and your role will involve calling, qualifying, and setting up appointments to meet with them over the phone or through Zoom to help them apply for the insurance policy.

We are looking for a business partner who is committed to helping families achieve their financial goals. The ideal candidate is hard-working, has integrity, and is willing to read and work on personal development. We provide training, support, and mentorship, and our average commission is around $450-$600 per application.

As a part-time agent, you can make approximately $30,000-$60,000+ in the first year, while full-time agents can make around $80,000-$190,000+ in the first year. Agency owners who have been working for a few years can generate a passive income of $200,000-$500,000+ a year.
