Job Description

As a skilled Oncology Territory Sales Leader, you will be responsible for promoting oncology treatments and managing accounts within the Boise, ID territory. This role requires strong business development skills, as well as the ability to train healthcare providers and educate them on product use and reimbursement information.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase product adoption.
  2. Build strong relationships with healthcare providers and clinic staff.
  3. Provide educational training sessions on product use, dosing, and administration.
  4. Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions.
  5. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotech, etc.).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the medical device industry.
  • Valid driver's license.

Salary Range: The estimated annual salary for this position is between $180,000 and $190,000, based on industry standards and local market conditions.
