About the Role: MSI is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for growing and developing sales and margins of our hardscape product lines with the retailer/dealer network within an assigned geographic territory.

Job Summary: The successful candidate will be accountable for developing relationships with current customers and potential customers, providing training and support to ensure they can effectively present and sell our products, and driving sales growth through effective territory management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and market share within assigned territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and development
  • Provide technical training and support to customers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell our products
  • Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Travel to customer locations to conduct business meetings, provide training, and support sales efforts
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and marketing efforts

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, sales management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and territory management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
