Key Responsibilities- Injury Prevention and Medical Care: Provide proactive injury prevention, injury care, assessment, and medical triage as defined by OSHA standards.
- Ergonomic Assessments: Conduct ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations to prevent musculoskeletal conditions.
- Patient Assessment and Treatment: Perform patient assessments, provide treatment, and make recommendations for rehabilitation.
- Emergency Response: Respond to acute medical or life-threatening events.
- Medical Advice and Education: Provide medical advice, education, and resources to clients.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and provide reports to leadership and clients.
- Education and Certification: Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, Kinesiology, or related field and NATABOC certification.
- Licensure and Registration: Required state licensure, certification, and registration in good standing.
- CPR/AED and ACLS Certification: Current CPR/AED and ACLS certification.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in ergonomic and/or occupational health is a plus.
- Professionalism and Communication: High degree of professionalism in written and verbal communication.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office applications.
