We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at ProgressiveHealth. As an Industrial Injury Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing proactive injury prevention and first aid services to our clients. Your expertise in ergonomics and health services will enable you to assess workplace operations, identify potential hazards, and develop strategies to prevent injuries and illnesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ergonomic assessments and support to clients to identify and mitigate workplace hazards
  • Develop and implement injury prevention programs to reduce the risk of workplace injuries and illnesses
  • Collaborate with clients to identify and address workplace hazards and develop strategies to prevent injuries and illnesses
  • Provide training and education to clients on workplace safety and health best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Athletic Training, Kinesiology, Exercise Science, or a related field
  • Experience in ergonomics and health services, preferably in an occupational health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with minimal supervision
