Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Information Security Program: Design, implement, and maintain an information security program that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead IT Security Team: Manage a team of security professionals to ensure the effective implementation of security policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with IT, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to ensure that security risks are identified and mitigated.
  • Monitor Security Trends and Threats: Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and trends, and communicate this information to senior management and the IT security team.

  • Develop Security Policies and Procedures: Create and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 12-16 years of experience in IT security, with a strong background in security best practices, applications, and systems.
  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex technical situations into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor team members and leads.
  • CISSP, CISM, Cloud, SAP Security or an equivalent certification is highly preferred.
