Job Summary

The Collector/Customer Service Representative is responsible for resolving unpaid Medicare accounts, submitting adjusted claims as needed, and completing compliance projects within the specified time frame. This role reports to the HPA Collection Supervisor and is part of the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve unpaid Medicare accounts and submit adjusted claims as needed
  • Complete compliance projects within the specified time frame
  • Work closely with the HPA Collection Supervisor to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) team to achieve departmental goals

Requirements

  • High School Degree or Equivalent
  • 1 year of work experience in a related field
