As a Marketing and Promotions Specialist, contributing to the ongoing training and leadership development of the team is essential for maintaining the growth and success we have achieved with our clients.

A strong internal motivation and a positive outlook are vital for mastering the systems we utilize and the responsibilities involved.

The Marketing and Promotions Specialist must be capable of leading by example, employing various sales systems, frameworks, and methodologies to assist in training and developing our sales representatives alongside senior management.


Key Responsibilities of the Marketing and Promotions Specialist:
1. Enhance sales effectiveness and assurance by demonstrating internal systems and practices while training entry-level representatives on sales and marketing techniques for direct consumer engagement.
2. Develop numerous representatives within our sales and consulting divisions to foster consumer interaction through active listening, negotiation skills, sales strategies, and relationship building.
3. Participate in meetings with fellow Marketing and Promotions Specialists to discuss sales objectives, team performance, and growth opportunities.
4. Maintain individual sales and communication responsibilities, including weekly performance metrics for both individual and team sales.
5. Engage directly with consumers to assist and inform them about the products and services we offer, leading to successful sales outcomes for our clients.

Required Qualifications and Attributes:
- A 4-year degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or Business Administration is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management or leadership capacity.
- A strong growth mindset to refine existing skills and embrace constructive feedback.
- Confidence in leading a diverse team and promoting performance advancement.
- A self-motivated attitude and a strong desire to lead by example.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective consumer interaction.
