Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement student recruitment strategies for our client's new San Jose site.
- Attend high school and college fairs, organize campus tours, and conduct virtual presentations to engage prospective students.
- Build relationships with guidance counselors, community leaders, and underrepresented groups to increase diversity.
- Advise students on admission requirements, financial aid options, and academic programs, providing personalized support throughout the application process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and maintain consistent messaging.
- Track and analyze recruitment data, reporting trends to senior management for strategy adjustments.
- Plan and coordinate on-campus and off-campus events, including open houses and orientation programs.
- Work with academic departments to align recruitment efforts with specific program offerings and answer questions from prospective students.
Qualifications:
- Requires Bachelor's degree, 1+ years of recruitment or customer service experience, strong communication, data analysis, and event planning skills.
