Recruitment Manager

The Recruitment Manager is a key member of the Making Waves Academy team, responsible for shaping the workforce by managing full-cycle recruitment processes. This includes executing comprehensive recruitment cycles, plans, and strategies to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent aligned with the organization's mission, values, and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of inclusive recruitment practices and be able to cultivate a diverse pool of high-quality candidates across all positions. With a strong customer service orientation and attention to detail, the Recruitment Manager will serve as a primary ambassador, embodying the organization's values and fostering a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire applicant lifecycle within JazzHR, including communications between hiring managers, candidates, and the People Operations team.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience, and to promote hiring as a top priority school-wide.
- Cultivate relationships with potential candidates as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process and effectively communicate the organization's mission, goals, and impact.
- Use data-driven approaches to optimize recruitment outreach and regularly report on metrics, such as time to hire, quality of hire, diversity metrics, candidate satisfaction, retention and turnover rates, and other relevant indicators.
