FMLA Administrator

Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled Leave Coordinator / FMLA Administrator to join their team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and experience with FMLA and LOA administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the administration of absences, including LOA, FMLA, and Workers' Compensation
- Manage all administrative aspects of leave claims
- Work closely with employees to ensure all necessary documentation is submitted
- Determine eligibility for leave benefits
- 2+ years of experience working with leave of absences
- Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation across multiple states
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- UKG experience a plus
