Position Overview:

The role of **Manufacturing Assembler I** is critical in ensuring the quality and precision of our medical device products. As a key member of our assembly team, you will engage in various tasks that contribute to the successful assembly of sub-components into finished products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of machined components utilizing a stereo-microscope.
  • Measure and evaluate medical device products in accordance with established manufacturing specifications.
  • Assemble sub-components into complete assemblies by following established protocols.
  • Utilize hand tools such as deburring knives, files, and pneumatic tools for effective part assembly.
  • Perform visual inspections to confirm that components are properly deburred.
  • Communicate any issues to the Assembly Supervisor promptly.
  • Accurately complete all quality documentation and inspection records.
  • Adhere to company directives and guidelines on a daily basis.
  • Follow the company's Code of Conduct and all relevant policies.
  • Represent Globus Medical in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods is necessary.
  • Proficiency in reading part drawings and possessing manual dexterity.
  • Organized, team-oriented individual with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
