Diverse Support Specialist

Pacific Office Automation is a technology-driven company with 28 branches across nine western states.
We're looking for an entry-level Administrative Assistant to join our Seattle, WA office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
Responsibilities include:
- Data entry across multiple databases
- Providing heavy and frequent internal customer service
- Maintaining accurate spreadsheets for cost analysis reviews
- Assisting the Sales team in any duties
- Filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Auditing and creating invoices
Requirements:
- 2 years of office experience welcome but not required
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Ability to type 50-60 words-per-minute
- Follow directions and take notes
Salary: $43,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience
