Assistant General Manager Opportunity at Beerhead Bar & Eatery

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant General Manager to join our team at Beerhead Bar & Eatery. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in running our store effectively and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Recruit, appraise, and train staff to meet sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise and motivate staff to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and address any issues promptly.
  • Financial Management: Calculate closing financial reports and assist in creating promotions to build new business.
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock and product ordering to maximize profitability and productivity.
  • Property Management: Maintain property management and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Scheduling: Handle scheduling responsibilities to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational and management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff and customers.
  • Confidence and Resourcefulness: Display confidence and resourcefulness to make sound decisions and take initiative when needed.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Numerical and IT Skills: Possess numerical and IT skills to effectively manage financial reports and inventory.
  • Prior Management Experience: Prior experience in a management role is required.
  • Problem-Solving and Initiative-Taking Abilities: Demonstrate problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities to address issues and improve operations.

Compensation: $22.00/hr BOE
