Job Title: Member Service Representative

Join the Crunch Fitness team as a Member Service Representative and be a part of delivering exceptional customer experiences to our members and staff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment, providing excellent service, and promoting our membership privileges.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
  • Assist with membership sales, retail, and tanning product sales, promoting our services and products to members and guests.
  • Promote membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare, to increase member engagement and retention.
  • Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH %, and CrunchOne Kickoff standards.
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in issues.
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving member inquiries.
  • Communicate special events to members and guests, ensuring they are informed about upcoming events and promotions.
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of member issues.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous disposition, providing a positive experience for members and guests.
  • Be an expert in all club facility, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation, providing accurate information to members and guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members and guests.
  • Able to navigate all stations of the front desk area, including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales.
  • May be asked to clean beyond shift duties to support a clean, crisp, and grand-opening ready facility.
  • Perform opening and closing checklist and duties, ensuring the facility is prepared for member use.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
Compensation and Benefits:

$12-14/hour + Commission
