Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Check members into the system, take prospective members on tours, and assist with the new account sign-up process.
- Facilitate needed updates to members' accounts and respond to their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for members and guests.
- Work collaboratively with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with members and colleagues in a positive and professional manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the club as needed.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
