- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to interact positively and professionally with members and colleagues.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to empathize and demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions.
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
