Position Overview:
We are currently in search of a Senior Systems Engineer who can enhance our scientific and engineering efforts.

This role is based in our Tucson, AZ office and is classified as an exempt, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate comprehensive test plans and protocols, ensuring all essential equipment and resources are prepared.
- Generate and sustain thorough documentation of system configurations, architectures, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Develop requirements, traceability, systems integration and testing, and performance validation.
- Execute system integration testing to confirm compatibility and performance standards.
- Record findings, produce test reports, and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Diagnose system-level failures in collaboration with a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams to design new electro-optical system architectures and update existing ones.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate hardware and software components into a unified system.
- Provide support for testing events at various sites.

Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Educational background in Systems, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a BS/BA or 3 years with an MS/MA; PhD is advantageous.
- Familiarity with high bandwidth data protocols, electronics, optical, and software integration is preferred.
- Experience with Jama for Requirements and Test Management is a plus.
- Proficiency in scripting for test automation and data analysis.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Agile and Scrum.
- Understanding of relevant industry standards and regulations, including MIL-STD, MIL-HDBK, ISO, and ASME.
