We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Clerk I, II or III. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing a variety of clerical duties, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist the public, applicants, and clients in a professional and courteous manner
* Verify information on applications, records, and forms for accuracy
* Perform data entry, typing, and other administrative tasks
* Prepare and deliver outgoing mail, and sort, log, and distribute incoming mail
* Answer telephones, convey messages, and run errands as needed
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Six months of experience in a clerical or administrative role
* Proficiency in database and word processing software
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
* The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
* Hours of operation are 12:00pm - 9:00pm
