About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at iFOLIO. As a key member of our Enterprise team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through strategic account planning and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account plans to ensure strategic alignment with iFOLIO's goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, providing personalized support and guidance to drive adoption and utilization of our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions and training to meet customer needs
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell iFOLIO's products and services
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform business strategy
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise Software sales or customer success
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
