Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Salesforce. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth through our Signature Success Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Orchestrate all deliverables for our Signature customers, including onboarding, contract renewal, and growth opportunities.
- Develop deep relationships with customer stakeholders and provide strategic guidance to drive implementation health and adoption.
- Partner across Salesforce to provide a unified Signature experience for our customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer needs and projects.
- Communicate the value of Signature Success to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical customer success, Salesforce CRM, or SaaS platform use.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and/or a relevant competing platform.
- 4+ years' experience in management consulting services.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze technical concepts and translate them into business terms.
- US Citizenship.
- Salesforce product certifications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce products and features.
- Experience working with Enterprise-level customers.
