About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Hydro-Thermal Corporation. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and securing strategic sales opportunities for our direct steam injection (DSI) technology in the food industry within the Great Lakes region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan to increase market share, revenue growth, and customer base in the food industry within the Great Lakes region.
  • Provide market development and technical sales support for existing sales channel partners in the food industry.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the food industry to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the food industry.
  • Proven track record of increasing annual sales quotas and expanding customer base.
  • Strong understanding of the food industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
