Recruiting Desk Manager

We are a start-up recruitment agency looking for a motivated Recruiting Desk Manager to run our recruiting operations. This is a full-time, remote role with a focus on business development and account management.
The ideal candidate will make 70+ calls daily, send 40+ emails per day, and connect with 20+ people on LinkedIn each day. They will use our CRM/ATS (Loxo), lead generation platform (Agency Leads), and job boards (ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify top talent.
Responsibilities include maintaining recruitment pipelines, responding to emails/messages, and making calls related to ongoing business efforts. We also encourage mining candidates for lead data and identifying interviewing companies and hiring managers.
We offer administrative support for tasks like job listings, platform streamlining, calendar organization, and scheduling meetings/interviews. As a team member, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development.
This commission-only role does not currently offer benefits, but as the company grows, we plan to transition to a model including salaries. New hires will have a fast-track opportunity to equity or franchising.
Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
We prioritize flexibility and work-life balance. Our entire operation is currently remote, but we plan to open optional offices in the future. Every employee has a clear path to equity or franchising.
