  • Address and resolve complex issues related to enterprise applications, with a strong emphasis on iManage expertise
  • Serve as the primary technical resource for the deployment and support of enterprise applications, including but not limited to iManage, Aderant, Intapp, CRM, and Intranet
  • Design, test, document, and sustain both current and future Enterprise Systems
  • Engage with internal IT teams to ensure alignment on key enterprise applications while fostering communication with other departments to meet needs and drive innovation
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and security of enterprise systems and contribute to long-term strategic planning.
  • Investigate new products and manage their integration, including the development of custom solutions for existing enterprise applications and platforms.
