Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Management Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing production support of Commercial and R&D IT systems and applications.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-based data integration tools, enterprise job scheduler/orchestration tools, and enterprise managed file transfer tools. They will also have a strong understanding of business intelligence and dashboard design and support.

The Senior Data Management Operations Analyst will work closely with regional DSI IT teams to ensure the smooth operation of our systems and applications. They will be responsible for investigating and debugging data and technical issues, collaborating with IT staff, sourcing partners, and data stewards to develop effective solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in computer science and experience working with Java. They will also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
  • Operational activities for Daiichi Sankyo in the Commercial space, including Transparency Reporting Solutions, Customer Master Integrations, Data Exchange, and Dashboards.
  • Operational activities for Daiichi Sankyo in the R&D space, including clinical trial management system, drug labeling, and learning management system.
  • Administration of enterprise job scheduler, Manage File Transfer, Business Intelligence, dashboards, and database environments.
  • Monitor production and non-production environments, help desk incident and problem tickets, and ensure closure per agreed-upon service levels and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with development team to build new Business Intelligence reports and dashboards and enhancements of existing reports and dashboards supporting R&D functions.
  • Provide second and third-level support for any operational issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4 or more years of hands-on experience with cloud-based data integration tools, enterprise job scheduler/orchestration tools, and enterprise managed file transfer tools.
  • 4 or more years of experience with Business Intelligence and dashboard design and support.
  • Ability to understand and analyze the existing system and provide quick solutions to resolve issues and meet new requirements.
  • 2 or more years of hands-on experience working with Java.
