Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Chef in onboarding and guiding new team members, while addressing inquiries and resolving challenges faced by kitchen staff.
  • Conduct quality assessments of all prepared dishes, ensuring they align with our high standards for presentation, flavor, and overall quality.
  • Collaborate with the storekeeper to create a detailed "prep and pull sheet" to guarantee that all necessary frozen ingredients are available well in advance of service.
  • Prepare the designated quantities of menu items as outlined in production sheets, adhering closely to established recipes. Assist the Executive Chef in maintaining production standards and coordinating meal service.
  • Contribute to menu development, inventory management, and planning for special events and catering services.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Full-Time position, requiring 80 hours bi-weekly.
  • Second Shift availability.
  • Enjoy a balanced schedule with no late nights and every other weekend and holiday off.
  • Compensation: $22.00 per hour.
Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • ServSafe certification is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
