Customer Service Ambassador

Job Summary:
iQon Hospitality is seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Manage guest reservations, check guests in and out, and handle any issues that may arise during their stay.
- Guest Requests: Handle guest requests, such as booking tours, making restaurant reservations, and providing recommendations for local attractions.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Event Planning: Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues to the guest's satisfaction.
- Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies, to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience as a guest service representative or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload, and proficiency with computer systems and software.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
