Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator / IT Support Specialist to manage and maintain all IT systems and infrastructure, including high-end gaming computers used for VR development. This individual will ensure that our software and hardware operate smoothly, manage user accounts, and provide technical support across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Hardware and Software Management:
Install, configure, and maintain software on all company computers, including specialized software for VR development. Maintain high-end gaming computers and VR hardware to support development efforts.

IT Support:
Provide daily technical support to employees, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.

User Account Management:
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security through Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Teams and Azure AD.

Network and Systems Administration:
Oversee internal networks, servers, and ensure that all systems are running efficiently and securely.

DevOps Assistance:
Support the development team with basic DevOps tasks, such as managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud server management, and automation.

VR Hardware Maintenance:
Ensure VR hardware (e.g., headsets, sensors) is operational and troubleshoot issues related to VR development environments.

Microsoft Teams Expert:
Configure, manage, and support all aspects of Microsoft Teams, ensuring optimal use across the company.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role. Experience with high-end gaming hardware and VR systems is highly preferred.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in installing and maintaining software, managing Windows environments, and troubleshooting hardware and network issues. Experience with Microsoft Teams and Azure AD is essential.

Hardware Knowledge:
Experience working with high-end gaming computers and VR hardware (e.g., Oculus, HTC Vive, Varjo etc.).

DevOps Familiarity:
Experience or familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, or similar is a plus.

Cybersecurity:
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices is highly beneficial to maintain system integrity and data security.
