Responsibilities of the Office Operations Coordinator:
- Process payroll for temp employees on a weekly basis
- Perform various accounting functions; including A/R, A/P, payroll, invoicing, billing, and weekly financial reports
- Make collections calls
- Manage office services functions; troubleshooting technical equipment, ordering office supplies, and setting up new employees
- Assist with marketing initiatives
- Navigate through recruiting software to execute work orders, payroll, invoicing, and billing
- Provide secondary receptionist support for overflow and backup purposes
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements of the Office Operations Coordinator:
- Must be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- At least 1-2 years' experience in office administration
- Experience in payroll and billing preferred, time-billing is a plus
- Professional services experience is ideal
- Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel required
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong customer service skills
