Responsibilities of the Office Operations Coordinator:

  • Process payroll for temp employees on a weekly basis
  • Perform various accounting functions; including A/R, A/P, payroll, invoicing, billing, and weekly financial reports
  • Make collections calls
  • Manage office services functions; troubleshooting technical equipment, ordering office supplies, and setting up new employees
  • Assist with marketing initiatives
  • Navigate through recruiting software to execute work orders, payroll, invoicing, and billing
  • Provide secondary receptionist support for overflow and backup purposes
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed

Requirements of the Office Operations Coordinator:

  • Must be detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in office administration
  • Experience in payroll and billing preferred, time-billing is a plus
  • Professional services experience is ideal
  • Advanced knowledge of Word and Excel required
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong customer service skills
