Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office team at MATCH Property Managers LLC. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Property Manager in Charge, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to perform their duties effectively. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, conducting move-in and move-out inspections, and maintaining an organized filing system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Conduct move-in and move-out inspections to ensure properties are in good condition
  • Prepare and distribute emails, memos, and letters as needed
  • Assist the Senior Property Manager with paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Maintain an organized filing system and ensure all documents are up-to-date
  • Develop and maintain office procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment, including printers and fax machines
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
