The ideal candidate will be passionate about renewable energy, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities- Engaging with residential and commercial clients through direct outreach.
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through effective prospecting techniques.
- Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers through consistent communication.
- Delivering persuasive sales presentations that highlight the benefits of our solar offerings.
- Negotiating terms and agreements with clients to finalize sales and achieve targets.
- Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing valuable feedback to management to refine our sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Experience in direct sales, particularly door-to-door, is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the solar energy industry and construction field is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
