About the Role

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled and compassionate Senior Clinical Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Med Surg RN in Randolph, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity to provide quality clinical services to patients in various settings within the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care within the organizational philosophy, policy, and standards of community health practice.
  • Adhere to MGB Healthcare at Home policies and standards of practice for admissions process, case management, electronic documentation, and interdisciplinary communications.
  • Provide skilled nursing care through assessment, teaching, treatment, documentation, and care coordination while demonstrating exceptional customer service and financial awareness.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved School of Nursing with a current Massachusetts license as Registered Nurse.
  • Minimum one year of previous nursing experience in an acute care setting, with prior home care experience preferred.
  • Able to travel within the MGB Healthcare at Home geographic area.
  • Familiarity with computer software and knowledge of hand-held patient care devices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with adaptability to changing situations.
Benefits and Salary
  • Estimated salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
