Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Specialist to join our team at Falls Run Nursing and Rehabilitation. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated professional who can provide exceptional care to our residents.

About the Role:
As a Nursing Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing direct care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with daily living activities such as toileting, transferring, and ambulating. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of resident care and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a current registry of certification to work as a Nursing Assistant in good standing within the applicable laws of the state. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to follow instructions accurately. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
