  • Manage program budget, tracking expenses and tuition payments, and ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Foster community development by engaging with parents, schools, and community leaders, and leading site tours for funders and partners

Requirements:

  • A commitment to communicating the goals and mission of New City Kids, including strong and active Christian faith
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience in program management and staff supervision
  • Dedication to building relationships with parents, schools, and community leaders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making decisions in the midst of chaos
