About the Role:

  • This position requires a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) with experience in pediatric radiology and leadership skills.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing radiologic procedures, ensuring efficient workflow, and guiding staff members in their duties.
  • They will also be involved in monitoring performance improvement plans and recommending personnel actions as needed.
  • This role involves working evening shifts, with occasional call/standby requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate radiologic procedures, ensuring compliance with department standards.
  • Delegates tasks and oversees staff members, promoting efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
  • Monitors activities for and ensures compliance with laws, government regulations, and DMC policies.
  • Implements external and internal audit recommendations as directed.

Requirements:

  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography (R).
  • American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support training is required.
  • Two years progressively more responsible radiologic work experience is necessary.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
