Key Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Support Services department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of success in process improvement and team management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience in a claims examining or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or insurance industry setting.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA and AB1455.
