Bilingual Call Center Representative

Insight Global is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Anaheim, CA. As a key member of our healthcare provider's call center, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, addressing enrollment inquiries, facilitating appointment bookings, and resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to inbound calls from members, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Address enrollment inquiries, facilitate appointment bookings, and handle customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a call center with inbound calls (50+ calls a day)
- High School diploma or GED
- Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 36 WPM
- Adaptable and eager to learn, willing to work in a fast-paced call center environment
