Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a large healthcare provider in Anaheim, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, addressing enrollment inquiries, facilitating appointment bookings, and resolving customer complaints in a dynamic call center environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of experience working in a call center with inbound calls (50+ calls a day)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Vietnamese, and/or Chinese
  • Good communication and personality
  • Ability to type at least 36 WPM
  • Adaptable and eager to learn, willing to work in a fast-paced call center
