Market Manager Role

As a Market Manager, you'll play a critical role in leading and developing a high-performing team of Wealth Center Managers, Investment Consultants, and Relationship Managers. Your primary objective will be to drive sales activity, manage sales processes, and ensure customer needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives
  • Ensure sales activity management and sales processes are used to effectively meet customer needs
  • Lead and mentor a team of licensed sales personnel within a designated market, focusing on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationships
  • Monitor and act on sales activity management information and other internal tools to mentor your team and achieve business goals
  • Identify and act on factors that increase local competitiveness
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of ten years proven wealth management sales experience, including a minimum of three years' sales management experience
  • Series 7, 9, 10, 63, 65 (or 66 in lieu of the 63 and 65) and Life and Health insurance licenses
  • Solid understanding of the mortgage banking industry, mortgage products, investor underwriting, and compliance guidelines
  • Minimum of five years proven and progressive mortgage sales experience, emphasizing supervisory or management experience
