Job Title: Field Marketing Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and data collection to inform marketing decisions
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote existing and new locations
  • Support business development with Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations, and Client Business Reviews (CBRs)
  • Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, and social media marketing
  • Build relationships with clients, organization department heads, and community groups
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, with 7+ years of marketing experience
  • At least 2 years of product, marketing, and/or merchandising experience
  • People management experience for at least 1-2 direct reports
  • Proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programs
  • Demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategically
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including presentation, public speaking, and client interaction skills
  • Ability to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office Suite products to accomplish work tasks
