About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company. As a key member of our sales and support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide a variety of customer support services through multiple channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Order Processing: Process orders and assignments, and enter data into our internal computer systems.
  • Vehicle Information: Reference pricing and delivery information to ensure accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Management: Set up new and maintain existing records, and perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.
  • Auction Preparation: Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.
  • Team Support: Assist with other duties around the office to help support the team's efforts.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate comfortably with customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Teamwork: A phenomenal teammate, willing to assist and support colleagues as needed.
  • Digital Literacy: Proficient in using digital tools and systems to perform job duties.

  • Learning and Development: Willingness to learn and develop skills, including automobile titling.
Education and Certification Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience: 0-2 years' previous work experience.
