Job Overview

Fortis Institute is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical and Electronic Systems Technician to join its faculty as a part-time instructor.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching courses in electrical and electronic systems, including principles of electricity, low voltage principles, residential circuitry, and electronic applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in electrical and electronic systems to students
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet program requirements
  • Provide academic advising to students
  • Participate in department training, meetings, and graduation ceremonies
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in a related field of study
  • At least three years of experience in the electrical and/or electronics field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
  • Prior teaching experience preferred
