The McAlear Group is a dynamic organization seeking an exceptional Service Center Operations Manager to lead our service center operations team.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies for existing accounts, promoting brand awareness and value selling to new business opportunities.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary to ensure efficient operation of the service center.
  • Team Leadership: Maintain a team structure that accomplishes the service center mission effectively and efficiently.
  • Hiring and Training: Interview and recommend applicants for hire, train team members on safe operating procedures, and evaluate their performance.
  • Customer Service: Communicate with customers to execute superior customer service and communication skills, ensuring all Customer Pick-Up procedures are followed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced Knowledge: Possess advanced knowledge of overhead garage door products, garage door repair, and installation.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift, twist, bend, stoop, pull, push, walk, and stand for 8+ hours per day.
