Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Negotiation Specialist to join our team at AXG Contracting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract negotiation and a proven track record of success.

The estimated salary for this position is $100,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts with suppliers and vendors. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, and at least 7 years of experience in contract negotiation or a related field.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Negotiating contract terms in collaboration with Legal and stakeholders.
  • Managing the supplier portfolio.
  • Developing and implementing category strategies.
  • Monitoring supplier performance through KPIs.
