As a key intermediary between our customers' procurement teams and our organization, you will facilitate communication to ensure that all parties are aligned on contract terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the review, redrafting, and negotiation of intricate customer agreements, including terms and conditions.
  • Serve as an interface between our clients' purchasing departments and our company.
  • Evaluate and guarantee that all contracts comply with our company's policies and regulatory standards.
  • Foster effective collaboration among our sales, legal, and customer teams to ensure seamless contract execution.
  • Collaborate closely with our legal department to address any compliance or legal issues that arise during negotiations.

  • Proactively address and resolve customer concerns related to contractual obligations and expectations.
  • Utilize your industry expertise to anticipate customer concerns and ensure contract clauses are realistic and aligned with market standards.
  • Offer strategic guidance to internal stakeholders on contract strategies that adhere to industry norms and the competitive landscape.
Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, we require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a relevant field; an MBA, JD, or equivalent training in contract administration is preferred.
  • No less than 10 years of experience in contract evaluation, negotiations, or contract management within a relevant industry (e.g., technology, manufacturing).
  • A proven track record of effectively negotiating complex contracts.
  • Extensive experience interacting with both internal teams and external customers.
  • An in-depth understanding of contract law, terms and conditions, and risk management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in reviewing and drafting contracts.
  • The capacity to handle multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
