Government Contracts Specialist

ILC Dover LP is seeking a highly skilled Government Contracts Specialist to manage, administer, and monitor performance on government and commercial contracts/subcontracts. The successful candidate will oversee the resolution of contract/subcontract issues, assist with RFP/RFQ bidding strategy, and develop pricing volumes in response to complex proposal requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and at least 7 years of progressive experience in government/commercial contracts. They should possess comprehensive knowledge of FAR, NFS, DFARS, and other Agency supplements, as well as excellent negotiating, communication, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities include reviewing proposals, preparing representation and certification information, coordinating responses to customer inquiries, and acting as the primary negotiator for pricing and terms. The successful candidate will also review contractual documents, ensure compliance with company policies, and identify any potential risks or discrepancies.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
